coffee machine quiet location
my room included a coffee machine that i used every morning. i also had a minibar fridge and that kept my drinks cool. breakfast had eggs available upon request and they tasted wonderful. the location felt quiet even though it was right behind a main square.
the dimension of my room was a little petite.

a decent stay
convenient location easy access good breakfast debit card photocopy unstable wifi lack of stability
the location was very convenient. it was easy to find the hotel and minimize dragging luggage. i appreciated only one bridge with steps to get there. the breakfast met our needs (especially the coffee) and had a good selection.
the staff took a photocopy of my debit card. i felt this was unconventional, and i didn't appreciate it. the wifi wasn't very stable. it did not work at times.

a fantastic stay!
central location large room comfy bed
i really loved the central location it was super close to everything. our large room was a real treat with a comfy bed i slept so well. the bathroom was nice and the shower was excellent too

some issues
broken air conditioning non-functional phone
the hotel's location was ideal, just steps away from st mark's square.
The air conditioning didn't work. A receptionist claimed it couldn't be turned on. this contradicted the room description stating "air conditioning," which felt deceptive. the phone in the room also didn't work, preventing communication with the front desk. i asked for another room because it was too hot, but that wasn't possible.

central position tasty breakfast nice terrace
I enjoyed the central position near key sights. The included breakfast made mornings much easier. The room had a nice little terrace.
The Wi-Fi signal was not very reliable. There were moments with connection instability.
